NHS Survey

Hello,

NHS Kent & Medway and NHS Sussex are working together to improve the NHS 111 service, and we would really value your support in helping us reach local residents.

NHS 111 is a free, 24/7 service that provides advice and support for non-emergency health concerns.  It helps people get the right care, in the right place, at the right time whether accessed online or by phone.

To ensure the service is working well for everyone, we are inviting people to share their experiences through a short survey. This feedback will help us:

  • Understand what works well within NHS 111
  • Identify barriers or challenges people face
  • Find ways to improve the service

The survey takes just 5–10 minutes and is completely confidential. It will remain open until Monday 4th August.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could help promote this through your website, noticeboards, newsletters, or social media channels to help us reach as many people as possible.

If you have any questions or need further details, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Thank you for supporting this important piece of work to improve access to NHS services in our communities.

Best wishes,

Joscelin
